thanks man. sorry if you keep having to read the same "farewell" speech, it saves on fingers. it must be posted in a dozen places by now!

hope you have enough time to take photos with all that architecture work to do. that must be brutal! building services is enough for me, nevermind the huge list of everything else to consider.
